Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://data-library.gov.ls/SOURCES/.Features/.Political/.World/.2nd_Order_GAUL_coarse/adm2_code/gid+differences/dods')
