Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://data-library.gov.ls/SOURCES/.Features/.Political/.Lesotho/.Districts/adm0_code/1+index/.adm0_name/adm0_name/dods')
