Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://data-library.gov.ls/SOURCES/.Features/.Political/.Lesotho/.Councils/adm1_name/gid+integral/gid+differences/dods')
